Built For Every Kind Of Agency

ONE PLATFORM. A
DIFFERENT REASON
FOR EVERY TEAM.

AI search is a shared problem across the agency world. It just shows up differently depending on what you do. Pick your team.

01
Extend the authority you've already builtClients are starting to ask what about ChatGPT. This answers it with the same rigour as rank tracking.
02
See if it's actually driving trafficAI Traffic connects visibility trend to real GA4 referral data, prompt group by prompt group, not just mention counts.
03
See where AI and search disagreeCompare Search Console rankings against AI visibility side by side. Rank well organically but AI still leaves the client out? Now you can see the gap and go close it.
04
A content roadmap, not a guessContent gap analysis ranks the specific pages and topics competitors have that your client doesn't.
01
Know what to write nextContent gap analysis surfaces the topics AI is being asked about that nobody's covered yet.
02
Briefs that are ready, not raw dataEditorial shaped output goes straight to a writer, no translation step needed.
03
See what's already landingTrack which existing content is getting cited, and do more of what's working.
04
Write for the model that mattersUnderstand how ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok and Meta each surface and cite content differently.
01
One more line on the retainerWholesale per client pricing. You set the retail price and keep the margin.
02
One dashboard, one login, every clientAdd AI visibility as a service line without a second piece of software per team.
03
Paid, organic and AI in one viewPaid vs AI shows where Google Ads spend and AI answers overlap. Search vs AI does the same for rankings. One competitive lens across every channel you run.
04
Fits the reporting cycle you already runAutomated weekly runs slot into a cadence you're already using, not a new one.
01
Prove the work landed, not just happenedTrade reach and AVE for one number, AI mention rate, that moves when the coverage moves.
02
Pitch the right publicationsCitation analysis shows exactly which outlets AI is citing in the client's category.
03
Briefs, half written for youEditorial briefs with a headline angle and target publications, ready for the writer.
04
Catch a bad narrative earlySentiment tracking flags a negative pattern setting in across AI answers, prompt by prompt.
01
See the budget gap AI is opening upPaid vs AI shows where a client's Google Ads spend and AI answers overlap, and where they're paying to defend a term but missing from the AI answer entirely.
02
A new line, not a new toolAdd AI visibility reporting to an existing paid retainer instead of pitching a separate service.
03
Prove value beyond the clickShow a client their brand showing up in AI answers even on queries they're not bidding on, a channel CPC can't buy.
04
Recommendations that stay in your laneSet the client's remit to paid search and get paid-relevant advice back, not on-site or content fixes you don't own.

Prove The Work

SHOW CLIENTS
THEY'RE WINNING
WHERE IT MATTERS.

When a buyer asks ChatGPT or Gemini for the best in your client's category, are they in the answer? Every agency needs a way to show that the work landed, not just vibes in a review meeting.

01
Prove the work landedShow how this month's coverage moved the AI mention rate. Not impressions. Actual presence in the answer.
02
Replace vanity metricsTrade reach and AVE for a single, comparable score that buyers and CMOs actually understand.
03
Prioritise where it paysSee exactly which sources AI cites in your client's category: publications, forums, reference sites. Focus there, skip the rest.
04
Win renewalsOpen the dashboard, show the line going up, get the contract extended. That simple.

Why Agencies

FOUR REASONS
YOU WOULD WANT
THIS.

AI search is the new front page. Brands are scrambling to understand where they stand. Agencies that show up with the data win the work and keep it.

Agencies thriving on the platform
01 · Multi-tenant

All your clients, one dashboard

Add as many clients as you manage. Each gets their own Score, their own competitors, their own briefs. You see the lot from one login.

02 · Yours, kept yours

Your relationships stay yours

You bring the client, you keep the client. We never talk to your clients directly, and if you give them a login, you decide exactly what they see.

03 · Built by an agency

For agencies, by an agency

Yours Sincerely is a Bristol PR agency. Every feature got built because we needed it for our own client work. No deck-only features.

04 · A new line item

A new line on the invoice

AI visibility tracking is a service clients are starting to ask for and very few agencies can deliver. Wholesale our platform, retail your strategy.

What It Can Do

EVERYTHING YOU
NEED TO RUN
AI SEARCH FOR CLIENTS.

Fifteen capabilities, all live, all working on real client work today. Each one covers a job an agency would otherwise have to do by hand, or wouldn't be able to do at all.

01

Score

A single number for AI visibility, refreshed automatically. Comparable to competitors, trended over time, easy to put in a board pack.

Your client's headline metric for the year.

02

Prompt tracking

See exactly which AI queries your client appears in, where they rank, and which prompts they're losing on.

Specific. Not "you're doing well." A list.

03

Competitor intelligence

Track named competitors across every prompt and model. Word clouds, mention rates, position-share and sentiment, head to head.

Walk into reviews with a competitive map.

04

Citation analysis

Which publications and sources is AI citing in your client's category? Pitch those titles. Stop wasting time on outlets AI ignores.

A media list that's actually data-led.

05

Editorial briefs

Weekly briefs and headlines, written the way a strategist would write them. Pass them straight to the writer.

Cuts hours of brief-writing per client.

06

Content gap analysis

Pages competitors have that your client doesn't. Topics AI is asking about that nobody owns. Specific things to write, in order.

A roadmap, not a vibe.

07

Sentiment tracking

How AI talks about your client and their competitors, prompt by prompt. Catch a negative narrative before it sets.

Early warning for reputation issues.

08

Model comparisons

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok and Meta as standard, 23+ models on higher tiers. See which models like your client most, which lag, and why.

Model fragmentation, mapped.

09

Automated runs

Weekly pipeline refreshes for every client. Wake up to new data. No manual prompting, no hand-cranking.

Time back in your week.

10

White-label reports

Add your own logo to every auto-generated client report. It looks like it came from you.

Live now.

11

Client access control

Give clients their own login if you want to, and choose exactly what they see, tab by tab. Share nothing and they get no login at all.

Live now.

12

Analytics integration

Connects to GA4, Search Console and Google Ads, so visibility trend lines up against real traffic and real queries, not just mention counts.

Live now.

13

Paid vs AI

Where Google Ads spend and AI answers overlap. The prompts a client pays to defend in search but is missing from in AI, and the ones AI already recommends them on.

Live now.

14

Search vs AI

Search Console rankings against AI visibility, side by side. Ranking third organically but absent from the AI answer? That gap is the work.

Live now.

15

Recommendations that match your remit

Tell Visbly what you do for each client: PR, SEO, content, social, paid search. Every recommendation stays inside it, so a PR team gets outlets to pitch, not schema fixes.

Advice in your language, not a webmaster's.

The Receipts

HOW VISBLY STACKS
UP AGAINST A TYPICAL
AI VISIBILITY TOOL.

Most tools in this category started life as SEO or content software with an agency tier bolted on. Visbly started inside an agency.

Row
Visbly
Elsewhere In The Category
Models tracked as standard
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok and Meta, included on every tier.
Core 2 to 3 models included. More often behind paid add-ons.
Visibility to real traffic
AI Traffic ties visibility trend to actual GA4 and Search Console data, per prompt group, not just mention counts.
Traffic tracking, where offered, varies by platform.
Content direction
Content gap analysis: specific pages and topics to write, ranked in order.
Often limited to citation or mention data alone.
Recommendations
Matched to what you do for the client. A PR agency gets outlets to pitch on named prompts, an SEO agency gets on-site fixes.
One list for every reader, usually on-site fixes.
Pricing
Flat per-client rate. No per-model surcharge.
Often credit or prompt based, with per-model add-on fees.
White-label & client access
Add your logo to client reports, and give clients their own controlled login if you want to.
Often single-tenant branding only, limited or no client-level access.

When you would use it

FOUR MOMENTS
YOU WOULD
REACH FOR IT.

Not a "platform for everything". Four very specific moments in an agency week where this earns its place on the invoice.

01

Pitching new business

Walk into the room with a competitor analysis they've never seen. Where their rival shows up in ChatGPT. Where they don't. What it would take to close the gap.

"How did you know all that already?"

02

Defending a renewal

Show the line going up. Not reach. Not AVE. Actual mention rate in AI search, against named competitors, over time. The metric that's about to matter most.

Reframe the review around movement that counts.

03

Briefing the writer

Stop guessing. The brief says exactly which publications AI cites in the category, which headline frames are landing, and what angle no one's owned yet.

A brief grounded in data, not the last good idea in the room.

04

Catching a problem early

Sentiment alerts when AI starts repeating a negative narrative. Citation drops when a key publication stops covering the brand. Get there before the client does.

Look like you have ears everywhere. Because you do.

Built by PR people
Who's behind it

BUILT BY PR PEOPLE.
NOT ENGINEERS.

Yours Sincerely is a working PR and communications agency based in Bristol. We started building Visbly because our own clients kept asking what ChatGPT was saying about them, and we didn't have a clean answer. So we built one. Then another. Then this.

"Every feature here got built because we needed it for a Monday morning meeting."

That means it's a platform shaped by what an account director opens at 9am, not what a SaaS roadmap thinks should be there. We use it on 16 of our own clients today, and partners get the same product we're using ourselves.

FAQ

WHAT AGENCIES
ASK BEFORE
SIGNING.

The questions we've been asked most by partners in the last few months. Anything missing? Ask us on the call.

Who owns the client data?+
You do. Your client's data is theirs, your contract is between you and us. We never reach out to your clients, never share data across tenants, and never appear in anything you send them unless you want us to.
Can I white-label it?+
Yes. Add your own logo to every auto-generated client report. Full white label, with your colours on your own domain, is next on the roadmap.
What counts as a "client"?+
One brand with one set of prompts, competitors and reports. Sub-brands or country variants normally count as separate clients, each with their own dashboard. Happy to talk through edge cases.
Do you take a cut of what we charge the client?+
No. You set your retail price. We charge you a per-client rate. Anything you charge above that is yours. Most partners build it into a wider AI-search retainer.
What's the minimum commitment?+
Billed monthly, with no minimum term. No setup fee.
How quickly can I add a new client?+
Same day once your tenant is live. The pipeline runs overnight; the first Score lands in their dashboard the next morning.
Can my client see the dashboard directly?+
If you want them to, yes. You control it tab by tab: share as much or as little of the reporting as you like. Share nothing and they get no login at all.
Which AI models do you track?+
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok and Meta are standard on every tier, no surcharge. Higher tiers unlock the rest of the library: 23+ models across 8 providers in total.
We're a PR agency. Will it just tell us to fix schema markup?+
No. Tell us what you do for each client (PR & comms, SEO, content, social media, paid search) and the recommendations stay inside that remit. A PR team gets named outlets to pitch on specific prompts. An SEO team gets on-site fixes. You can change it per client, or switch to the full set whenever you like.
What's Pitch Prep?+
Enter a prospect's name and website and get a one-page brief before you pitch: what they're doing well, where they're weak, and their recent coverage. Live now on every agency account.
What kind of agency is this for?+
SEO, content, digital and PR & comms agencies all run it today, each for a slightly different reason; see the "Built For Every Kind Of Agency" section above. Anyone with clients who care about being found and trusted online when buyers go looking, which these days is nearly everyone.
